When you submit information through these forms, this information can be shared for the purpose of validation with:
- the organisation(s) you named in the form
- all UK SDEs
- HDR UK (only if you have also requested access to the Cohort Discovery Tool)
Emails
When you submit a form to us you will be sent an automated response email. You will also be contacted directly at the email address(es) you have submitted in the form to give you updates on the progress of your application.
If you get emails that you do not want, email us at england.data.healthresearch@nhs.net and tell us what you want to unsubscribe from, and we will remove you from that list.
